Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and 74jl ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of all products, services, games, and features available on the 74jl online gaming platform at 74jl.net and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

Your use of the 74jl platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, claiming any bonus, or contacting customer support — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

74jl reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.

To register for and use the 74jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with the minimum age requirement for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 74jl or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or third-party service partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, PAGCOR-mandated exclusion, or court order restricting your participation in gambling activities.

By registering, you expressly warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. 74jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your misrepresentation of eligibility status.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 74jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes. 74jl may at any time require you to verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notifying 74jl immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

74jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your 74jl account to provide an additional layer of protection.

All financial transactions on the 74jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not support foreign currency deposits. Currency conversion is your sole responsibility.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are accepted via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, DragonPay, Visa, and Mastercard. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect within 60 seconds. 74jl does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 74jl reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 74jl account. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timelines are as published in the cashier section of your account.

Fund Source: By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that:

• The funds are legitimately owned by you and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.
• You are not using the 74jl platform for any money laundering or financial fraud purposes.
• The payment method used belongs to you personally.

74jl offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that offer only.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 74jl promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing with 74jl.
• Each eligible promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• 74jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse bonus systems — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting wagering calculation errors, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to permanent account closure.

74jl's determination of whether a bonus has been used in accordance with the applicable terms shall be final and binding.

All games available on the 74jl platform are governed by their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before placing any wager. 74jl shall not be responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

74jl's games are provided by licensed game software providers whose products are subject to independent testing for fairness and randomness. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for slot games are published in each game's information panel. Live casino game outcomes are determined in real time by physical processes — card draws, roulette spins, and dice rolls — conducted by trained dealers operating under monitored conditions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session:

• All affected bets will be reviewed by 74jl's technical team.
• 74jl reserves the right to void bets where a clear technical error has affected the outcome.
• In cases of genuine system failure, affected players will be credited the original bet amount.
• Winnings arising from a technical error that produced an impossible or manifestly incorrect result may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 74jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on 74jl under any name, identity, or device.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live games, sports betting, or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose, including matched betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment credentials to fund your account.
• Money laundering: Using the platform as a vehicle to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate transactions.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 74jl platform.

74jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The platform recognises that, for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and takes active steps to support player wellbeing.

Players may access the following responsible gaming tools directly through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-session notifications after a set duration of continuous play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 74jl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or data extraction tools on the platform.
• Use the 74jl name, logo, or branding in any manner without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 74jl's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable law and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 74jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 74jl platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any technical errors, malfunctions, or data loss occurring outside 74jl's reasonable control.
• Any gaming losses sustained during use of the platform.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the 74jl platform.

74jl provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. While we maintain robust technical infrastructure and security practices, no online platform can guarantee absolute availability or security.

74jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

74jl handles your personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). You have rights with respect to your personal data including the right to access, correct, and under certain circumstances, request deletion of your data. 74jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 74jl will notify registered players via their registered email address or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure. Your continued use of the 74jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

74jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or exclusion order from a competent regulatory authority.
• A court order or regulatory directive requiring account suspension.

Upon account closure for cause, any balance derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Legitimate balance amounts in accounts closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct will be returned to the player through their registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 74jl customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or any transaction on the 74jl platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting 74jl customer support. The support team will work in good faith to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with 74jl support within thirty (30) calendar days, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable, or to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 74jl from seeking interim or injunctive relief before any competent court or authority to protect its rights or prevent irreparable harm.
