• To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and report suspicious financial activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required under Philippine law.

74jl implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL): All data transmitted between your device and the 74jl platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, indicated by HTTPS in your browser address bar.

74jl retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. The following retention periods apply as general guidelines:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your active account plus a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in line with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and Philippine AML regulations.
• Transaction records: Financial transaction data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction to comply with AMLC record-keeping obligations.
• KYC/identity verification documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from account closure or the date of the last transaction, whichever is later.
• Support communications: Retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the last communication, for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent plus one (1) year to demonstrate compliance, even after withdrawal of consent.
• Technical and usage logs: Typically retained for twelve (12) months for security and fraud detection purposes, unless a longer retention period is required for an active investigation.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents re-identification. Where anonymisation is used rather than deletion, the resulting data no longer constitutes personal data and may be retained for statistical or analytical purposes without restriction.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its implementing rules, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by 74jl. You may exercise any of these rights by contacting our Data Protection Officer at the details in Section 13.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact the 74jl Data Protection Officer using the contact details provided in Section 13. We will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and respond fully within fifteen (15) business days as required under Philippine law. We may request supporting identification documents to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

The 74jl platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. 74jl does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

During the registration process, all applicants are required to confirm that they meet the 21+ age requirement and, where requested, to provide government-issued identification to verify their date of birth. Any account found to have been registered by an individual under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and the matter may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

If you believe that a minor has registered on the 74jl platform or that personal data belonging to a minor has been collected without appropriate consent, please notify our Data Protection Officer immediately at the contact details provided in Section 13. We will take prompt action to investigate and, where confirmed, delete any personal data collected from a minor without authorisation.

74jl reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, business practices, or platform features. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

For material changes — meaning changes that significantly affect how we collect, use, or share your personal data — 74jl will provide advance notice through one or more of the following methods:

• A prominent notice on the 74jl homepage or platform dashboard;
• An email notification to the address registered on your account;
• An in-platform notification upon your next login.

Where required by law or where the change involves a new processing purpose that requires consent, we will seek your affirmative agreement before the change takes effect with respect to your data. Continued use of the 74jl platform after a non-material update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
